Serviced apartment holiday rentals in First 6th of October

I stayed in a four bedrooms duplex. It has a great spaces. The ground floor consists of two connected living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended for big groups. All pictures reflect reality.

One of the most beautiful and cleanest resorts.. Five stars for everything, cleanliness, location and service.. And the speed of response to everything .. There was no bidet and we asked them to provide us with it, they brought it and installed it in all the bathrooms. Safety is high . I forgot my purse in the garden at night and from the first ones I asked them about it and they gave it to me and asked me to see if something was missing yet. Cleanliness is top notch and twice a week you get a maid service. The place is beautiful, the garden is wonderful and the poolside seating is nice. The location is beautiful in the Fifth Settlement and opposite a complex of restaurants and cafes, including Starbucks and the A5 by Waterway complex. In the same complex, there is a supermarket and The Drive complex. All of them have restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay and it will definitely be our first destination to stay in Cairo.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Ahmed is an OUTSTANDING HOST. Sharif was of invaluable assistance while we were there. Ahmed took care of all our needs and was flexible when we had to change our plans for a couple of days. he was always just a text or phone call away. He and Sharif are EXCELLENT hosts. i would highly recommend you use them. They were great in scheduling ALL our tours of Cairo, Alexandria and Luxor. They are a class act.

Mohamed is respectful and speaks a little French, he picked me up at night when I arrived, he is courteous and professional, he even ordered my meal for delivery, his team is also very good. Thanks!

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of three during the New Year holidays. The apartment was incredibly spacious with stunning views, and having a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying relaxed meals at home. The location in Zamalek, an area known for its embassies and stylish shops, felt very safe and was conveniently accessible. While the shower pressure was a bit lower than expected, it was still manageable. The local support staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location and amenities made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance to visit in the future!

Ahmed’s place is same as in pictures , located in the heart of downtown cairo but in a very quite neighborhood, would totally recommend it Check in was smooth and the place was neat and clean

Our stay was excellent. The complex is very safe and quiet. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, comfortable and had a private garden that made the experience even more enjoyable. The host and co-hosts were very helpful and friendly, always willing to help us, and provided us with very useful information about the city of Cairo. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience!!

It’s surrounded by two malls, plenty of restaurants, and markets, making everything easily accessible. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The area is not the most convenient, but the apartment is really nice, spacious and has everything one needs. Muhamed and his brother were very kind, helpful and attentive! Every time I had an issue or needed something, they would immediately resolve it. Had a very pleasant stay and would 100% recommend. :)
