Full apartment, independent from the house next to that of the owners. Approximately 85m2 on 2 levels + attic converted into a relaxation area or extra sleeping area (2×1p) Downstairs equipped kitchen, bathroom with Italian shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs, large room with 140 cm bed, sofa bed for 2 people. The entrance is very close to the owners' terrace, which can be shared. If you are interested in animals: sheep, horses and chickens will be your friends and Pépin the dog!

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Les Petites Bottes - Gîte 11 person

Unclassifiable gîte in an authentic Dauphiné barn, fitted out in an eco-reasonable way, where nature predominates. Warm comfort for a slow-life stay, where you can get away from it all and relax. Outdoor space with trees, private parking and views over the Chartreuse massif as far as La Dent du Chat. The entire gite is self-catering. Breakfast or meal on request. We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
