Grande terrasse très agréable avec belle vue mer, à l'ombre dès la fin de matinée. Place de parking privative devant l’appartement + garage communiquant. D'autres places sont disponibles gratuitement. Plages de La Franqui 10 mins / Leucate à moins de 15 mins. Nombreuses randonnées au départ de la résidence.
