This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

The stay was very pleasant both for the house, complete with everything and in a beautiful and panoramic location, and for the hospitality with which we were welcomed. They were able to advise us both on where to eat and on our requests in general.

The Mariella farmhouse is not just a place to stay, it is an experience that makes you feel great emotions. You can feel the sincere affection. The estate is wonderful, the house is equipped in an unparalleled way, the very large outdoor space surrounds the house and there is a hammock and a hot tub. The hosts welcome you as if you were a relative of theirs, everything is super well cared for, a weekend that will be difficult to forget... you can disconnect from every problem or concern, the peace that you breathe is truly incredible. Everything is very clean, Mariella, her husband and daughter are people who are rare to meet. Thank you again.

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our stay at this Airbnb was incredible! The apartment exceeded our expectations: everything was spotlessly clean and the pool was simply wonderful. Moreover, communication with the host was smooth and they were always attentive to our needs. In short, everything one could wish for in an Airbnb. We will definitely come back!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

A great, impeccable accommodation! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned... An ideal location- close enough to all the attractions via any form of transportation yet far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle - lovely neighborhood with daily markets, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Allesio’s attention to detail in his apartment is meticulous. We loved it.

Clarissa’s home is absolutely beautiful. From before we even arrived, until the time we left, Clarissa clearly communicated any and all details with us. There is nothing she hasn’t thought of, from a fully stocked kitchen (including an ice machine), remote controlled air conditioning in each room, a washer and dryer, and treats and drinks waiting for us upon arrival. There were even umbrellas if needed and games. Our family looked forward to returning each day. It’s conveniently located to the Metro and a number of great restaurants. We highly recommend Poppies Coffee Bar for breakfast! Clarissa’s home is super clean and everything was super comfortable. If we ever return to Rome, this will be the place we stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!
