A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

From the house, which is a few kilometers from Rocca Sinibalda, you can see the whole village with the majestic castle that dominates it. Rocca Sinibalda, Posticciola, Castel di Tora, Lake Turano and the other villages around... magnificent places we didn't know about. Beautiful living room

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

Authentic and warm The welcome was exceptional, always available, helpful and filled with kindness. This place is a real paradise nestled in the middle of nature, away from noise and pollution. A peaceful and superb setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here has reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from interior comfort to the magical atmosphere that reigns here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the climate was ideal. A true haven of peace where one wants to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to live them to the fullest. Put your smartphones aside, enjoy the time and the present moment, which are reminiscent of a beautiful and precious time, an era that no longer exists today. Book without hesitation, a slice of paradise

The house has a modern and functional living area, equipped with all comforts, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a very charming outdoor space with a terrace overlooking the lake. A unique experience immersed in nature, I fell asleep to a concert of frogs and woke up in the morning to the chirping of birds, there is an excellent air supply, the bedroom has a double view. However, I recommend having lunch at the Oasi di Bianca, where you can swim and sunbathe. The beach is pet friendly. The friendly owners. Beautiful experience.
