This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. The trullo is not isolated but located in an area with 2 other trulli used for rentals (a very small village). In front of the trullo there is a pine forest with a relaxation area and plenty of space to walk.

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

This is a true gem in a peaceful surrounding few minutes from the sea. You’ll sleep in a beautiful ‘trullo’ tastefully decorated, with all modern comforts.There is an impressive 25 metres pool and comfy sun loungers where you’ll be able to soak in the Sun and immerse yourself in nature. They are a couple of towns nearby for the restaurants and bars and a little further north, there is an exceptional Lido with a gorgeous beach and a restaurant worth eating at, called Lido Posto 9, not too far on the coast from Maruggio. Luana (Lulu) the host is exceptional, she is friendly and caring. She will make you feel right at home and will ensure that you have everything you need. 10 stars! 🌟 I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough and will surely be back Thank you again Lulu for this amazing experience ❤️

Very clean and modern house. We have never stayed at an airbnb before which was this well equipped with any essentials and items you might need. Spaceous kitchen and various areas to hang out even with a bigger group of people. Bathrooms newly renovated. Great and fast communication with both owner and agent. We would love to visit again.

Excellent two night stay in ‘La Vista’ at Massaria Scaledda. Beautiful property with attentive and helpful staff. Particular thanks to Fabio for making us feel at home and for local restaurant recommendations and reservations. Breakfast was a real treat and a great way to start the day. Would highly recommend!
