Holiday rentals with breakfast in Fiume Versilia

we stayed at Chiara's place for a day and it was just amazing . This was the real Airbnb concept what they started initially. we felt like we are in our own house. breakfast was also good which was given to us complimentary . walking distance from Pisa Central station and airport in a posh residential place. had an amazing backyard to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. everything was better than what you could think of any Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage auf einem kleinen Berg. Es war perfekt zum abschalten und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Mattia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und war immer zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Il posto è SPLENDIDO e l’alloggio bello come nelle foto e curatissimo nei dettagli e nella pulizia; consigliatissimo quindi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo👍 ATTENZIONE, oltre a non esserci Wi-Fi come specificato nell’inserzione, NON C’È CAMPO PER I TELEFONI nella stanza e in tutto il paese. Si può accedere alla connessione Wi-Fi della casa di Francesco in paese, ma bisogna recarvisi, la connessione non arriva fino alla stanza, quindi se dovete lavorare da remoto, essere reperibili o avete cose da fare che richiedono la connessione mentre siete in viaggio, non è comodo. A parte questo posto magico per chi ama il romanticismo e la natura e nel bnb persone bellissime e trattamento di grande ospitalità ! 🏆😜 Consigliatissimo 👍🏆🏆🏆

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Franc made us feel very welcome in this cosy Airbnb. It is easy walking distance to the train-station which is a real bonus in this area. You really feel the vibe of the location and is in a great position to do all the fantastic walks using the local C.T pass ticket. Franc was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would love to go back if possible. Wee note. - if using a mobile phone for communication during travelling you loose communication regularly with all the tunnels so best to make arrangements before you get on the train.

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, pomogli zorganizować wycieczkę do Cinque Terre. Tuż za zakrętem jest przystanek autobusowy, autobusy jeżdżą dwa razy na godzinę, około pół godziny trwa jazda autobusem na dworzec kolejowy La Spezia. Apartament przyjemny i czysty, ze stolikiem i krzesełkami na zewnątrz. Jest położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, ale da się przeżyć :)

The place was great—within walking distance to all the main attractions. The only issue was that the owner replied slowly, so it will make us nervous about the check-in even after reading the messages.

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Stefano e Serena è stato fantastico, tutto era estremamente ordinato e pulito, non mancava nulla, dal detersivo allo shampoo per la doccia, addirittura abbondanti prodotti per una ricca colazione, caffè, acqua fresca e bevande, mai visto prima! Serena ci ha accolto all'arrivo con grande calore, ci ha dato ottime indicazioni e ci ha consentito di prolungare l'orario del check out, veramente un'accoglienza ottima. grazie mille, torneremo!!

Alloggio in pieno centro, sei a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, dal porto, da via Grande e via Cairoli, le vie con i negozi. Vicino al Mercato Centrale che oltre ad esser un edificio da ammirare, è comodo anche per la spesa. L'appartamento gode della vista panoramica di una mansarda. Sono arrivata e Ilaria era a casa ad accogliermi per il check-in. Super gentile e molto simpatica. Io non ho trovato né difetti, né incongruenze su ciò che è descritto nel sito. Ovviamente ci sarà un'altra volta da te, Ilaria. Ciao grazie di tutto

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Giuliana in Lerici. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, und für den Check In wurden wir vom Parkplatz abgeholt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der belebten Strandpromenade und dem Meer und auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Und obwohl man in einer belebten Umgebung wohnt hört man abends auf dem Zimmer kein Lärm von draußen. Wir haben noch eine ganz tolle Strandempfehlung bekommen und waren jederzeit mit Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks versorgt. Giuliana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Christina war mega lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie reservierte uns sogar einen Tisch in einem von ihr empfohlenen Restaurant. Zudem hat sie zwei sehr süßen Hunde. Desweiteren durften wir andauernd die Küche und den Balkon nutzen, so konnten wir uns auch immer etwas zubereiten. Alles in Allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft sehr.

Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!

La Forestaria is truly an amazing! Not only is it beautiful and peaceful but we had so much fun there! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was a very quick drive to Lucca and near anything you may need! If you’re staying here I would also recommend trying to join one of the cooking class hosted at the location! We had an amazing time and I truly hope we come back one day!

The house of Daniele is just great!! It has three rooms. Ours was very cozy, clean, modern and nice. Downstairs is a kitchen with where you can have breakfast or snack. It is self-service so you can do everything in your own time. The garden door opens to a patio, where you can put a chair and enjoy a coffee outside for example. The house is 15 walk from the airport and from train station. That is absolutely perfect in Pisa. Check-in is very flexible. Daniele and his girlfriend are very very friendly and nice. Communication was at all times smooth (we rented a room two times on the way from and to Pisa :D) and quick. It is a 10 ;) Perfect choice for Pisa or for crossing over to another part of Italy.
