Had a great stay! The self check-in with the lockbox was very easy thanks to the host’s extremely clear instructions. The house was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the space had a great homey feel. While the neighbors were a bit noisy at night, it was still manageable and didn’t affect our overall experience. Would happily stay again!

The apartment was exactly as described: clean, tidy and very easy to reach. Upon my arrival, I found the environment already cool and pleasant, thanks to the air conditioning on, a detail that was truly appreciated after the trip. It was a comfortable and smooth stay — highly recommended!

Very clean house and great host! We were given recommendations on restaurants, taxis, and things to do as soon as we arrived. The house was perfectly located and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Exactly what we were looking for and highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Rome! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, which I actually loved — it was quieter and more peaceful, yet still super easy to get to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Sonia and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making me feel very welcome. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome!

Excellent stay at Matteo's house, very central, many restaurant options in the city, next to the river / pier and on the beach.- Easy trip to Rome and perfect written information from Matteo, we used all the options and all excellent.- Colossal place to stay in Fiumiccino and travel to Rome, daily.-

Booked last minute and the host was very quick to get everything set up. Beautiful apartment, 5 minute walk to a shopping mall and the train station. Perfect if you want to stay near airport, it’s one train stop away. Felt very comfortable in the area even walking to the train station 530am with our 9 year old son! The apartment had cold ac, smart tv, very clean and spacious. Our host even offered to set up a ride to the airport instead of the train! Wish we had more time to spend there.

An excellent place to stay after our flight into Fiumicino. Very peaceful, no aeroplane noise, spacious apartment, very easy check in & communication with Alessio. He even arranged a taxi for us! Excellent!

Daniele’s was worth every penny. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the bus stop it takes you to Rome less than five minutes a block and a half away. Or you could walk three blocks to City center public bus stop for one euro you can take that bus to the airport in either catch the train to Termini station or take 3 different bus options. As for restaurants, I would guess no less than 100 restaurants within a mile of any direction. Daniele gave us Local recommendations for good.(great choices) there is a post office 100 yards away. There is a laundromat 200 feet away. There is a grocery store 75 yards today that has everything you can think of that you would ever need while you’re at this Airbnb. The apartment is very secure very clean all around it. The neighbors are friendly. It has stairs that go to it or you can take an elevator. This is one of the best Airbnb locations I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend this place enough. He takes u to and from FCO!

Manuel’s place was a good place to stay with one other person. It was easy to enter the building and the room was very clean. The host even accommodated our needs for a taxi pick up to the airport. The snacks and were a bonus too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
