Nice cottage/farmhouse with private parking

Here, you can stay close to nature with open landscapes and nice views. The cottage is completely renovated in 2021 so you get top notch kitchen and bathroom and nice finishes along with the atmosphere of a 19th century house. You are located 30 km from Skellefteå in the village Mjövattnet with about 200 accommodation. You have cozy little roads around and the nice Bureälven about 500 meters away. The cottage is located about 50m from our dwelling house but is still secluded with its own car seat and engine heater. There are ski tracks with electric lighting, football fields, etc. close by.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters just by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guest have the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wifi is available. In the yard there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

A gem in the Archipelago of Skellefteå.

A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
