We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Från sovrum, genom en smal korridor (ej för rullstolar), in till köksdelen där det finns en liten matplats med kökssoffa. Kök med vask (vatten), mikrovågsugn, kyl och fristående stekplatta. Utanför sovrummet en pergola med sittgrupp/matplats. Utanför gästhus ett stort grönområde med fotbollsmål. 500 meter till havet med sandstrand. 600 meter till Gislövs hamn med Stetti café & bistro.
