Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Danish Nature Foundation's beautiful areas – just a few steps from the beach. From all windows there are views of the unique dune landscape. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the sound of the sea and the beautiful path that leads you directly to the beach through the dunes. The house is ideal for couples or families who want a holiday in nature – close to the sea and surrounded by rich biodiversity. Right outside the door you will find birdsong, butterflies and a variety of wildlife that makes the stay very special.

Enjoy your holiday close to forest and beach! The house is located at Svinkløv Plantage and only a few hundred meters from the North Sea. Great for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. By the beach in Slettestrand you can experience the historic sea boats and the shipyard. The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water
