Overøye in Stordal is a popular area for hiking in the summer, and in winter it offers fantastic cross-country trails and an alpine resort. From the cabin, you can walk straight down to the ski trail. The alpine slope is just a 7-minute walk away. Not far from the cabin, you’ll find popular destinations such as Valldal, Geiranger, and Trollstigen.

Aasengard ligger høyt og fritt midt i et flott kulturlandskap omkranset av ville fjell. Garden grenser til Geirangerfjorden som ligger på UNESCO`s verdensarvliste. Gården ligger midt i et flott rutenett for fotturer. Det er ingen dyr på gården. Det er også mange flotte toppturmuligheter i nærheten. Kvitegga, Bleia, Hornindalsrokken, Saksa og Slogen er fjell som er aktuelle både som skiturer og fotturer. Laksefiske i Korsbrekkelva kan avtales

Herdalssetra, Emilselet

Vil du bo en tid mellom fjell, rene bekker og elver og husdyr, men uten internettdekning, mobildekning eller strøm? Herdalssetra har tradisjonelle stølshus midt i et vakkert landskap med spennende geologi. Budeiene bodde her om somrene den tida alle stelte sine egne dyr, nå kan det være din tur :) Dette er Norges største geiteseter i drift, her er også hester, sauer og kyr. Herdalssetra er ein del av UNESCO verdsarvområdet Geiranger - Herdal.

Own spacious residence on farm, and large patio with parking and lawn. The house has a veranda in the sun wall with south facing views towards the great Skorene. The location is 10 minutes from ferry rental and shop, it takes only 20 minutes to drive to Geiranger city center. Here is also a short distance to many nice mountain walks, such as Grjotet, Blåhornet and Smogehornet, as well as several old cottages and idyllic Kilstivatnet.
