The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
