The Brannen-Devine Carriage House

This studio is super unique and fun with a great, central location. It was once the carriage house for the Brannen-Devine home located just North on the same property. It was converted into a studio in the 1970's and was recently renovated in 2022 with all the modern amenities one might need while traveling. Flagstaff Look Out, Studio with steam shower, View

Enjoy this bright, modern hillside studio featuring floor-to-ceiling picture windows with beautiful Flagstaff views. Walk Downtown-Quiet Retreat

Park on the premises, walk and explore Historic Downtown Flagstaff, the heart of which is just 2 blocks away. Private and separate 1 bedroom apartment (duplex) tucked away off the street. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Well stocked kitchen. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing space so close to downtown! Note, there is no TV but plenty of reading material to learn about the area and no A/C. I have 3 separate places all next to each other.

The Cottage

Built in 2017. It's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on the 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Downtown Industrial Loft

Industrial loft located in the Historical Babbitt Brothers Building in the heart of downtown Flagstaff on the corner of San Francisco & Aspen St. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, NAU, entertainment, shopping/community events.
