The Brannen-Devine House

This adorable, fully-fenced, cottage home built in 1892 is known to the people of Flagstaff as the Brannen-Devine Home. This treasured piece of history has been completely restored and renovated in 2019-2020 and is part of the National Registry. It houses brand new furnishings, and is equipped with what guests need to have a pleasant vacation. The home is also within walking distance to the ever-popular downtown. Destinations such as Historic Brewing Co., and the Lumberyard are a block away.

Casa de la Piedra is a cozy cottage made of stone and attached to our family home. It is located just a few blocks up from the heart of downtown Flagstaff. This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Enjoy this bright, modern hillside studio featuring floor-to-ceiling picture windows with beautiful Flagstaff views. The fully equipped space includes a queen bed, full kitchen, steam shower, private deck, and a futon that converts to a second bed. Minutes from downtown, NAU, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation. The studio is a private guest house, located in front of the main home. One garage parking space included. Please note: stairs are required to access the studio.

The Cottage

Built in 2017. It's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on the 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
