Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

Ellen-rommet Farm, 10 km from Røros

The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.
