EASY PARKING AND ACCESS. IN THE GARDEN THERE IS WOOD AVAILABLE TO MAKE FIRE IF YOU WANT IN THE FIREPLACE. IT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN , HEATING WITH RADIATORS IN EACH ROOM . IT IS AN INVERTED ATTIC OVERLOOKING THE GARDEN, AND IN THE TOWN SQUARE BY THE OTHER ENTRANCE. VERY SUNNY AND COMFORTABLE .

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

Enjoy the small cottage "Escola de Pallerols" with your partner or family. The house is an old school surrounded by natural scenery and signposted trails with unbeatable views. You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests.
