We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

The apartment is walking distance to most sights in the city such as Trondheim Spektrum, Trondheim Torg, Fortningen, Ravnkloa by boat to Munkholmen, Nidaros Cathedral, Bakklandet, Svartlamoen. Right next door are shops, restaurants, bars, concert stages, and the city's public transport hub. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Free use of washing machine and dryer in laundry room attached to the apartment. Including bed linen and towels in the price.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

It is a short distance to the forest, which is a popular hiking area for both tourists and locals, summer and winter. It is walking distance to Sauptadsenteret with, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, hairdresser, gym, eatery and gas station with 24-hour Deli de Luca.

Great 2 bedroom apartment close to Heimdal, Trondheim. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from the bus stop with very good bus connections to Trondheim city center. The apartment has a porch with seating. Parking is possible just outside the apartment. 10 minutes walk to grocery store (Coop Extra and Coop Prix). In winter, there are ski slopes just outside the door. In summertime it is only a short walk to the field.

Short distance to shops, bakery and cafe/restaurants. Only 20 min walk to the city center. The apartment is not big, but you have what you need for shorter or longer stays.
