Large and comfortable apartment with easy access to Trondheim city center, the field and the World Cup facility. Here you are a short distance to bus/tram 3 (min walk from the house) The nearest bus stop is Arnt Smistads veg, 70 meters away. Bus no. 3 Hallset and the tram goes from the city center. The airport bus Værnes-Ekspressen stops in the city center, from there you can take line 3 to Arnt Smistads veg. Kiwi, Rema and takeaway like Sabrura, Pizzabakern and Da Vinci in the immediate vicinity Possibility to park a car just outside the front door.

We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Large and cozy living room and kitchen. Walking distance to the city mark with trail trails connected with Granåsen and the rest of Bymarka. Bus to the city center with frequent departures right down the street, and walking distance to the train station. Access to large parking area.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The apartment is located in a quiet and popular residential area with a central location. You can reach Trondheim city center in about 15 minutes by direct bus or car. It is a short distance to the forest, which is a popular hiking area for both tourists and locals, summer and winter. It is walking distance to Sauptadsenteret with, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, hairdresser, gym, eatery and gas station with 24-hour Deli de Luca.

Here you live in a peaceful construction field in good distance to neighbors, about 8 km to Trondheim city center. You will have access to outdoor space. You have a well equipped great kitchen. Ideal stop just off the E6, comes with 1 parking space. On the weekend (Friday 4 pm to Monday at 8 am) and between 4 pm and 8 am on weekdays there is also free parking in the street, always plenty of space.
