I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. Historic Farm

Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. A giant bathroom with double sinks and shower is part of the accommodations. The guest suite is separate and locked off from the main farmhouse for guest privacy.

Star gaze from the hot tub, cook gourmet meals in the spacious kitchen, or just sit on the sofa, sip on a cappuccino, and watch clouds form over the mountains through the 17 foot high glass wall.

The Garden Door Guest Suite

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at my warm and welcoming, centrally located guest suite. This is the lower level of our single family home. You have a private entrance through the back garden door. We are next to the main bike path in Boulder with easy access to CU and downtown! We are walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There is a large shared backyard with a gazebo.

Unique Cottage in Boulder with Hot Tub

The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.
