I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.

This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows.   Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. The apartment is the very separate walk out downstairs of my house which it has its own private entrance you can access anytime of day or night. Very quiet!
