You can reach the 120 sqm detached villa on a 490 sqm garden via a private road. In a few minutes you are on the fine sandy beach of the lake and in the forest area which connects Untergöhren with Göhren-Lebbin. Relax in the outdoor sauna and 36-degree hot tub. The energy supply is environmentally friendly via photovoltaics of the neighboring house and via an in-house heat pump. You can enjoy the evening in front of the fireplace or on the south terrace with a barbecue fireplace.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. Opposite the property is a petting zoo and a riding facility. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented very close by. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.

Our apartments have been completely rebuilt in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances.
