We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

In Traumlage - 150 Meter vom schönsten Nordstrander Strand Fuhlehörn entfernt - befindet sich das zauberhafte Nordstrandnixenhaus mit zwei Wohnungen. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Auf Anfrage können hier drei Personen übernachten, die dritte Person darf in dem Alkoven unter der Treppe schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür schließen. Über diesem meerchenhaften Apartment befindet sich die Nordstrandnixe über Land.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

And the best part... the beach and Olympia harbor are close by. ...just move in and feel at ease right away.

The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

Nederste etage indeholder 2 værelser, badeværelse samt gang. Fra begge værelser er der direkte adgang ud. God indendørs trappe mellem etager, der er sikkerheds låge fra stuen. Stor sydvestvendt terrasse. Svalegang mod vest og nord.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
