The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Close to the Loire and the Canal du Nivernais, nice detached house located in the city center. Consisting of a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. Enclosed outdoor area with terrace and summer kitchen. House located in the municipality of Saint-Parize-Le-Châtel, completely renovated and well equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, washing machine), with two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the second with a choice between a king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). You will also have a large garage and a terrace with barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided. 20 minutes from Nevers (A77).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

The three directly adjacent apartments will surprise you with many details. Each apartment is comfortably furnished: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. Everything is spacious, open and cozy designed. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, either with shower or bathtub. In addition, each apartment has two outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities.
