My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. We really enjoyed staying there.

Carolina is always attentive..Francisco un Genio giving us her attention...just the detail of the street..there is something to get in the truck or 4 x 4 .. they are about to asphalt..the day that that happens will be the perfect place to enjoy a paradise vacation

My family and I really liked Mr.'s house. Ademar, in addition to being clean and organized, is very complete as in the advertisement, Ademar responded very quickly, even helped us with the location of bakeries and pizzeria near the house. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

We had such an amazing time in the house of Natacha. Everything went smooth, house is as described in the pictures. Foot in the sand was amazing! Van the house keeper was very good too! We loved everything and we will be glad to be back next year to Natachas house!

The Waterfront stands out for the location, combined with the convenience of the apartment with a local structure, the proximity to the ipioca beach is the differential, in addition to being relatively close to Maceió, a beach without movement and clean to enjoy with the family and connect with nature.

The accommodation is exactly the same as in the pictures. The view is to the sea. And the beach of Ipioca is beautiful with a beautiful sea of color. I will return with the grace of God

It's impossible not to feel like going back to Ana's house. We will definitely return. We were very well received, we got married in Ipioca and had our honeymoon there. It was perfect in every detail. The house is a paradise, you don't want to do anything else and just stay in the region. Ana responds super fast and she and Cau streamlined everything we wanted. We live amazing days in Vila de Emanuela, the place is simply perfect, the view is breathtaking. The house is impeccable, Camila, who is responsible for welcoming us, was an angel, very polite and helpful. All the environments are great, the rooms comfortable and literally all the furniture in the house are extremely comfortable for sleeping and resting, fantastic thing. If you had to make a criticism, it would only be in relation to air conditioning, they could work better, but they are still effective, the house is very well ventilated and you don't even miss it that much. Well equipped kitchen, only one couscous tree was missing, but as a good northeast, I took care of it. anyway, they were beautiful days with my family, I loved it and I hope I can repeat the experience already

My stay in the case of Moacir and Andreia was simply SPECTACULAR, what a fantastic couple, the house is not even talked about, too cozy, very considerate make the guests very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The space matches the photos and quietly welcomed 13 people. Eduardo was understanding, helpful and organized everything in the best way. We had a little problem with the water on the first day but it was soon resolved. I recommend it.

We stayed for a week, everything was wonderful, the house is like in the pictures, the sea, wonderful leisure area. Bruno was very attentive throughout the hosting period, responding quickly to all the information we needed. The beach is beautiful, really a place to rest, great for children, beautiful, clean and calm beach.

A paula super attenenciosa, the house matches all the photos of the advertisement, condominium pe in the sand, super quiet, swimming pool always clean with swimming pool going during the stay to do the cleaning, the Edna of cleaning super fine and helpful people, I loved the stay and I want to come back more often!!

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom with 3 full baths. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. Gianmarco is a 5 star host. The apartment is clean with all the amenities, even water. Incredibly comfortable. Right across from the beach. If you are staying in Peripueria, you should absolutely stay here. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) with no elevator.
