My passion comes from afar. Since I was a child, I learned the ancient culinary traditions and ancient Sicilian recipes from my aunt and my mother, with them we prepared delicious manicaretti. My skills have grown little by little over time, along with my great love for the kitchen and for everything that is well cooked, with simple and genuine ingredients, always fresh and 0 km away. All this led me to take important cooking classes and participate in different culinary events.
