Very nice, clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in a residential park. The balcony surrounds the apartment, the view from here is very luxurious :). Parking is well arranged, shop, pharmacy, bakery within 100 m. As for the place: I confirm that it is exactly as shown, it is a clean, tidy and equipped apartment with all the utilities you would need during your stay. Arsan's apartment is located in a new building. A few minutes walk brings you to the Vivo shopping mall. A short car ride brought us to the charming center of Cluj Napoca. Arsan was responsive and helped us with the check-in. Overall, this was a very good experience.

The bed is very comfortable, and the beautifully furnished balcony offers a peaceful moment with a view of nature — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Impeccably clean and everything is well organized. The host was attentive and easy to reach. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely return!

We had a great time staying at this place. There were all the things we needed, like makeup cotton pads and multiple gua sha tools, bathrobes, drying rack for the bathing suits. The apartment is more stunning and more big than the pictures, located in an old building right in the city centre. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The check in process is super easy, everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Cluj
