Monthly Rentals in Florida Point

Beautiful condo, with a great view! Very nice kitchen appliances and a well equipped kitchen. So much to do at the resort and the beach trolleys were excellent for getting to the beach. We really appreciated the carts provided for getting your stuff to and from the condo when arriving and leaving. Only one designated parking spot per condo, in the off season this wouldn’t be an issue, but with a full resort it would be hard to find extra parking for additional vehicles. Overall a minor problem. Would definitely like to stay there again!

The family and I stayed here for the Tyler Childers’ concert this past weekend. I would 10/10 recommend Eleanor’s place. It was quiet, cozy and right in the middle of everything. It was less than 10 minutes to the Wharf and the beach! The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely be booking here again!!

Cindy’s place was beautiful and the pictures didn’t do it justice. Amazing view and everything about her place made you feel right at home. Cindy gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to eat before we arrived and she periodically checked in on us to make sure we were ok. We also enjoyed cooking there because she has excellent appliances and everything you need to make meals at her place and eating out on the balcony with the view was one of our favorite things to do after swimming all day. If you are looking for a great place to go and relax, then look no further because I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful place and great location! Thank you Cindy!

Dear Caribe Resort (and charming Dustin), We’re in love. Your 3-bed, 3-bath condo stole our hearts—so spacious, so close to the elevators, and that assigned parking spot? A dream. The pools (yes, three!) were always clean and refreshing, and even your poolside bathrooms were immaculate—who does that?! The mini golf course just off the balcony brought endless entertainment, and the AC was strong—like our feelings for this place. And Dustin, our vacation knight, was always quick to help when needed. You gave us rest, fun, and minor jealousy that we don’t live here full time. We’d return in a heartbeat. Forever fond, Your Vacation Soulmates ❤️
