The apartment is just perfect. All the modernity and comfort, with an incredible view. The person who greeted us was super nice, smiling and helpful. We were even able to check in earlier! Really the perfect place to feel at home.

The place was absolutely wonderful. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The fresh ocean breeze made the whole stay incredibly relaxing and healing. It was the perfect escape from everyday life. The house itself was also amazing – clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. I would love to come back again!

We stayed for two nights in this apartment to get out of the city. It was a great stay--the home itself was really nice and had mostly everything you needed (only thing was we didnt have salt, oil, or dish soap...all of which are common essentials provided by air bnbs with kitchens), it was clean and the views were good. The host answered right away and the men he sent to help us check in and out were wonderful, super helpful, and quick to arrive if we needed something. My only minor complaint of why I think it's slightly overpriced is it is up a huge hill and it off the beach a decent 15 minute walk by the time you walk all the way around and the images make it look like it's right on the water. And though the view is over the water, there's a highway in between, so one can't really enjoy the ocean...it sounds like a highway all morning and night. The front porch wasn't very relaxing for this reason. But the views were nice and it was in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!

We had a great stay in the apartment, everything was perfect! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. We immediately feel at home there. Our stay at Asmae's was just perfect. Her house is impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail when it comes to the needs of its guests, with lots of small touches. We didn't need for anything. The amazing views of the Mediterranean are a real asset, not to mention the proximity on foot. The house, its amenities, its location and the calm on the 3rd floor are well worth the price. PS: At Asmae, forget about mosquitoes and humidity issues you may face in beach houses. I rented this apartment on Airbnb and was very satisfied! The place is quiet, clean, new and very well equipped. There are all the necessary dishes, nothing is missing. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a large mirror, the other with a TV. In the living room, there is also a large TV, perfect for relaxing. The beds and pillows are super comfortable — for me, it's a real plus to sleep well and start a beautiful day. Everything is exactly the same as the pictures. In addition, the host is attentive and very caring. There are even 3 swimming pools available, ideal for making the most of your stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

Mohammed was very friendly, helpful, available, and highly professional. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything and I needed nothing. Even when I asked him if I could have a phone charger he brought one to my door. I highly recommend this place and this host.

Our host was super nice. We arrived very late at 2 a.m. We found our host downstairs in the building. I thank him for his help. The apartment is good value for money and well located, clean, functional and he gave us an address to go eat in the middle of the night. Great. Thank you again for everything.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is just perfect, right across the sea, offering an amazing view. In addition, the proximity to the border of Ceuta (Spain) a few hundred yards away makes the neighborhood extremely secure, with a constant presence of the police and the army 24 hours a day. The building and the neighborhood are remarkably quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to rest, me and my family. The neighborhood is respectful and quiet, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The host is extremely kind and thoughtful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
