Villa holiday rentals in Foça

Our 4-day stay in Foça was great. The house was completely in line with the photos- spotlessly clean, tidy, and everything we could need was considered. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the host was very caring and helpful. We had a comfortable holiday in a quiet, peaceful environment. Thank you for everything, we recommend it with peace of mind!

A house was prepared for us, spotlessly clean, all the items were very well-stocked. Each room was comfortable, the entire house was very stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were more than good. Cleaning supplies, personal supplies were all thoughtfully prepared. In addition, the pool, the view of the house and the sea are incredibly pleasant. It was a 4-4 vacation, it was complete. We think it is a great experience for crowded groups. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

The place was very nice and comfortable to stay in. A bit out of town but overrall close enough to many restaurants and shops. The heated pool was just perfect, especially with the cold weather in the mornings and the nights. Also having Emre living close by the airbnb was extremely helpful for us.

We rented the house for 3 people to work remotely for 5 days. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and resting. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a bit difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We would like to thank Ms. Aydan for her hospitality.

The house is 50-100 meters from Foça-Izmir road and 5 minutes by car to Foça. All the items in the house were carefully selected, new and the house was spotless. Mr. Serhat responded to all our requests within minutes. We had a great time without any problems. Thank you so much.

This wonderful home we stayed in was a peaceful escape in the lap of nature. The decor of the house was filled with carefully selected details and every corner was lovingly furnished. The garden was a piece of paradise, where you can find peace with the sounds of birds. The host provided great recommendations for us to explore the surrounding hidden paradises so we had the perfect guide to enjoy the nature. Thank you so much for everything. A villa where you can enjoy with your family and friends. There's everything you need in the house. It's very clean and new inside. It has a very large garden. It has a very beautiful garden with its landscape and pool. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away by car for shopping. It's very close to the seal. It takes about 7 minutes by car. I would like to thank Mr. Erim for his wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking of coming.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

We came across a better home than the photos. The pool is quite large and not like an ornamental pool. The rooms are useful. There are many types and plenty of everything for the kitchen utensils. There is a different neighborhood, similar style villas and nothing else, but you can reach the most beautiful bays, the center of Mordoğan in 10-15 minutes, so we also loved the location. & Thank you for everything

The location of the house was within walking distance to the center, shopping centers and the beach. When you see the house, you will understand that it has a much more impressive structure than the photos.This villa is😉 very modernly built and you will be able to find everything you need. This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.

Everything was great! The house was even more beautiful than the photos; especially the pool and garden area is a complete haven of peace. Cleanliness, comfort and the general layout of the house were well above our expectations. The host was also very caring and kind, and helped with everything.
