The apartment overlooking the sea is located a few minutes' walk from the Torre del Cerrano and its protected marine area, it is spread over two floors and is particularly suitable for hosting families. Equipped with all the necessary amenities to be able to spend a wonderful vacation, it offers the possibility of using a free private parking space. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure
