Exceptional place in every respect—spacious, stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most beautiful scenery imaginable. Highly recommend, including a lovely hike to nearby Eremo di Sant'Onofrio al Morrone.

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend staying in this place, Selene was very nice, helpful, quickly replied to messages, gave many local recommendations and welcomed us nicely! :) from the accommodation everything was close, to the beach and to the city center! :) the bus from the airport stops right at the accommodation :) I was in Pescarra for the weekend and this accommodation was perfect! ☺️☺️

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.

The accommodation at Noemi and Alessandro's was simply great. Everything corresponds to the photos and description, it is clear that the apartment is maintained with love and care. The arrival instructions were detailed and accurate, so we easily found and accommodated ourselves. Thank you Noemi for your kindness to my above-standard breast regarding sleeping. Beautiful terrace and departure without problems. I can only recommend!!

We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention is very delicate. Le Cana is an oasis of peace, tranquility and beauty among hills, valleys, villages and the sea, in an area that offers many activities. Thank you very much!!

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. It is very close to the sea. We missed few things, and Sandra organised all perfect. We are thankfull to Sandra for her helpfulness and intelegent. One thing I could mention is that the apartment is close to the main street, the morning silence was missing. But this place guaranteed that the sea is close, shops and restaurants are nearby. The impressions are good, especialy for Sandra. I recommend to stay there

Everything was great, the location, the apartment, the area and Renate also🙂 gave us great tips from leisure activities to restaurant recommendations. The communication was super uncomplicated and excellent. If we go back to the area, we will definitely come back to Renate. Thank you for everything.

Exceeded our high expectations. Hosts were very welcoming. Accommodations were beautiful and steeped in history. Very well equipped. Would highly recommend to friends and we hope to return.

We had a nice week in Luca's house, a very helpful person and attentive to all requests and needs. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The air conditioner in the living area made moments of family sharing pleasant and cool. The two bedrooms are refreshed by a fan. The area where the house is located is central, full of bars and evening events (shows, concerts, piano bars, markets, etc.). The nearest equipped beach is about a 3-4 minute walk, while the free one is a little further away about a 10-minute walk. The village of Pineto is beautiful and very clean. Thanks to Luca.

the apartment is much nicer in person, in photos it can not be appreciated in its entirety. Everything was spotless and worked very well. The apartment has a hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable. The great location, one block from the sea. The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work, although that didn't stop us from having a great time! Giorgio and Domenico were very friendly from the start. Thank you very much for everything!

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything was perfect!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Great private house just on the edge of Avezzano, with great views of the town. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and very easy check in and departure.

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to reach. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!
