Eco Stone House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish house a few meters from the beach. The house is a converted old barn made of stone and it has been renovated by myself in 2022. All the materials used are emblematic of Greek vernacular architecture ranging from wooden chestnut ceilings, to stone floors, to marble countertops and tables. All furnishing are antiques or custom made, designed by me. The house is an eco residence. Rain water is collected in the winter and used in the summer for daily needs.

Helen's place in Kimolos

Our house is in one of the best place at Kimolos, with an amazing view of the small islands, located 3 min from the sea, 5 minutes from the traditional village, 10 minutes from the port , all by foot. (The closest beach is unique, like a big swimming pool). The house has a small living room that includes a sofa / bed, separate bedroom, kitchen, toilet with shower. Outside there is a small area,surrounded with flowerpots, where you can rest. It can accommodate a family of 4 persons.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.

Endless Blue - Kimolos

Endless Blue is located right on the sea in the traditional settlement of Goupa (Rema Bay ), one of the most beautiful beaches of Kimolos very close to the port and 5 minutes from the village. As soon as you arrive you will be stunned by the amazing view . Sitting on the marvellous terrace you have the feeling that you're sailing on the endless blue sea. The high quality of the whole accomodation and its simplicity helps you to enjoy every moment in this paradise.

Ο χώρος μου βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μόλις λίγα λεπτά από φούρνο, μινι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και την κεντρική πλατεία με μαγαζιά και καφενεία. Απέχει 200μ. από το δημόσιο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ του χωριού, την στάση του λεωφορείου και ΑΤΜ. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες μέχρι 4 άτομα. Διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα και αυτόνομο κλιματισμό σε κάθε δωμάτιο.

Hidden in the alleys of Kastro village, Sikinos summer nest is ideal for anyone looking for peace. The house can accommodate up to three guests. Its large terrasse protected by pergolas will make you want to have breakfast lunch and dinner on it on every occasion.
