On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

great experience! wonderful host. the house is equipped with all one needs. I like the possibility to spend the day on the beach and sleep at a higher altitude in the night where I find quite place and cooler temperature. i didn't mind the 25min drive to Lerici. for family and kids must be great. there is a laundry...kitchen etc
