The Smile house shares a porch area with the main house/Inn at Beachside. The 2 king bed/2 bath beach cottage (formerly Christy's dental office) has since been converted back and filled with Folly charm! Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, living areas, as well as a large front porch! Paid parking is available across the street, however there is parking in front on a first come first serve basis. Due to the great location, many guests never use their car once they have arrived.

The fenced in yard is a great place to let the kids run, enjoy the sun, grill out, or have a few drinks on one of the decks with friends.

Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan and a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard. The living area has a flat screen TV and a queen size pull out sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Dog friendly with a one-time fee per dog.
