Holiday rentals with a pool in Folly Field Beach

This home is absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here!! Such a great experience!

We had a great time at Zach & Allison’s! This was our second time at Hilton Head and once again, we loved every bit of it! Condo was very clean, location was great, and host was always very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

We had the best time! We arrived late in the evening but were able to get right in and get settled. I went right to the pool, not to swim, just to enjoy the view! The house was perfect! So much natural light with the large windows and skylights! Everyone had plenty of room in the bedrooms. The games were great! We had 4 "kids" ages 23, 22, 21, and 20 and 2 kids for a couple of days ages 5 and 9. They played pool, ping pong, and foosball everyday. I enjoyed my morning coffee by the pool everyday, under the covered back porch when it rained. The house was super close to most of our activities, including the beach! LuKa was super responsive to my many questions! If we ever make it back to Savannah we will stay here again!

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

Everything was as it should be was nice not to have to bring beach items, saved alot of space in the car. The covered pool was a plus could swim in the rain with no problems. The beach shuttle is ran by a very friendly women across the street. Was very nice and quiet, but still close to all the amazing things the island offers

Jodi’s place was exactly as pictured and described in her listing! It was beautifully updated, comfortable, clean, accommodating, and COOL which was a must for dealing with the summer heat! Jodi was proactive in reaching out with detailed info prior to check in and during our stay to make sure we were satisfied, as well as quick to respond to questions. We appreciated her flexibility with our check in time when we had an unexpected change in plans. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but we took full advantage of her local restaurant recommendations. The beach chairs and wagon were a huge help for the walk to the beach/pool which was less than 10 minutes. It was helpful to know up front about the stairs to the unit, but not an issue for us. Definitely more challenging transporting luggage and beach gear on hot days, so plan accordingly. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again when we can return to HHI!

We loved our stay at Eric’s place in Fiddler’s Cove. It was an easy ~8min walk to the beach and our section of the beach was great and not crowded at all. The condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed the back porch in the mornings drinking our coffee! Overall, I highly recommend his place.

Perfect place to stay for my nieces wedding. Easily accessible to the wedding venue and other area attractions. Scott was a great host from booking through checkout.

Perfect spot to enjoy an easy vacation with small kids. Walk to the ocean or the pool. The condo is stocked with all you need for a wonderful vacation and felt like a home away from home.

Hope to rebook again in the future. Perfect condo in a spectacular location, and our family of four enjoyed every moment. We wished for an additional week to find the time to enjoy all the activities and relaxation on offer. Loads of community recreation and available equipment to use or rent; "free lunch Thursdays" in the yard beneath the balcony - what a delicious surprise that was; quick drive to a plethora of superlative restaurants; wonderful nearby mini golf and public golf courses with club rentals; and an easy walk to a sensational community beach which - even with a lot of people - did not feel crowded. I suspect whatever you're looking for in a HH vacation, Maria's villa will offer a delightful home base.

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

Notice the reviews are no less than 4 stars..we did too..thats why we booked.. Smack dab in front of pool, 1 minute to the ocean and theres even a little drink stand for those hot tropical days...host made everything very easy. Place is spotless and we even are considering buyimg oir own unit...ok now listen..there can be quite a bit of noise from little ones and such...as bedroom is the entry to unit so you tend to hear everything, even the guy draggimg hia suitcase down the adjacent stairs...however none of that takes away from the unit or host..we would definitely stay again...

This was our second year staying at this resort. The resort has a nice outdoor pool, possibly the best one on the island and easy and private access to the beach. The unit is less than a five minute walk to the beach or pool. The unit is also on the first floor and right next to the parking lot. Makes it easy loading and unloading your car with luggage or groceries. Another benefit is you won’t have people or kids running down the hallway past your door in the middle of the night. We had that problem last year. The room itself is nicely updated with amenities and nice shower. The bathroom has no counter space, but plenty in the living room. The bed is comfortable and the two small bunk beds are comfortable enough for kids. One last thing security does a good job checking people in and patrolling the parking lot throughout the night.
