Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Folly Island

Great location in a trendy neighborhood, nicely appointed room and free parking! We will stay again when we're back

This condo was in the most perfect location!! Very safe and walking distance to and from King Street. Everyone who reached out to me from the rental company was very sweet and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and always let us know if they were on the property. The condo fit 3 people perfectly. If there was 4, there might not have been enough room for an extra suitcase. The parking spots were a little tight. If you drove anything like a Suburban or Truck, you might have a difficult time parking, but we were very thankful they worked around us having 2 cars! We did not have to walk far or pay for parking during our whole stay. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you’re wanting to enjoy the night life on King Street!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. We would absolutely book this venue again. Enjoy your stay!!! RJ

Efficient size BnB for two people, I would stay here again. I mostly booked it for the pool. Pool is technically for three of the properties AirBnB’s. I did have it to myself two times and shared it once, which was no big deal. Nice couple from Michigan. It was great for a quick dip while my girlfriend was getting ready. Location was perfect for a four day weekend to Charleston and only two blocks from King Street to start shopping. Breakfast/Coffee try Holey City Bagel (8/10) (order online, line gets loooooong) and dinner eat Italian at Indaco (9.2/10) (two blocks away)

No words can express how great this unit was or how friendly the hosts were. The river views especially at sunset were spectacular! The unit is brilliantly designed to optimize the space and we found it to be very comfortable for our extended stay. We are already counting the days down to our next visit.. Absolutely loved this spot! Waking up in the super comfy bed looking out the window to see palm trees and gas lamps was a dream. A great location. Super walkable and always felt safe! The smells from Southbound restaurant were amazing and although we did not get a chance to eat there this time we will definitely be back! Holey city bagels for breakfast and coffee was our morning routine and they had allergy options which was incredible! Overall there was great communication, everything was clean and super cozy! The robes were also an amazing touch, because lets be real who doesn't love a nice robe on vacation! Will definitely stay again and look forward to it!

We loved our stay here! It’s the perfect size for two people and has everything you could need for a weekend stay. We appreciated the in-unit laundry, comfy linens and abundance of kitchen utensils. The location is very walkable to King St/downtown and there are many cute restaurants and cafes nearby, but having parking was definitely a plus. The host was proactive in making sure that we were checked in and taken care of, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The only downside is that you can hear everything on the street adjacent to the property, and noise from the unit above. But, there is a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I would definitely rebook this place the next time I’m in Charleston and highly recommend for couples/small groups visiting the area.

This Folly beach treasure was the perfect get away! The view out the back deck was the breath taking marsh and 2 blocks the opposite direction was the beach in walking distance. The host was very attentive and all kitchen amenities were present for us to cook home meals and eat together as a family with a gorgeous view! We rented a golf cart for a few days to explore (highly recommend that) but there were also bicycles that were available at the house and used daily. If you are looking for a peaceful get away and enjoy scenic views, you will love this place!

Our place wasn't quite ready when we arrived, due to party being thrown without Ashley knowing. Ashley tried reaching out but didn't get message due to driving. She was extremely pleasant and apologized repeatedly! She recommended few close places to go until she had house cleaned, was personally there cleaning. After we checked in found out a TV wasn't working and she replaced it the next day. Ashley communicated every day to make sure we were having a great time and asked if we needed anything. Her house was beautiful and in a convenient location! Would stay again.

Our first impression walking through the door was that this was a warm, comfortable and spacious home. It met all our needs for 6 adults. We are very familiar with the area but we had easy access to everything we wanted to do and then had a quiet place to return in the evenings. Our host responded quickly whenever needed. Will definitely consider staying here again when we return to the area.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is spacious with a great floor plan. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the pool. There were numerous pool toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything ( except a coffee grinder) was available. The long kitchen table easily accommodates 12. We enjoyed the porches. There are 3 but we did not use top balcony. ( that is where the fire pit is ) There are lots of steps, but the convenience of the elevator was wonderful. It was a great location as well. We had a lovely time.

This is a very special place - the bungalow is absolutely perfect and the marsh view, spectacular. We enjoyed the Spring House, Nancy was amazing! And the facility was 4 star. We rented bikes and the trails were spectacular - just a slice of nature you do not expect. If you have the chance to experience the Bluebird and Kiawah River, do it, you will not regret it!

Great stay overall. Came as advertised. Clean and quiet. Minor gripe was the water pressure in the master bed shower was extremely low. There was a handheld and a rain type shower head. It's possible I was not operating it correctly (although pretty sure I was) but for me the rain shower was unusable as it was just dripping down. And even when all the water was flowing to the handheld it was very very low pressure. This wasn't a huge deal or anything just feel it should be addressed. Otherwise everything else was great.

The stay was amazing, we felt right at home. Check in/ out was easy. All the rules were listed in the house and in the app. The house was clean and spacious and met all the needs for what we were in town for. The host was very responsive/ nice when we had questions. I would definitely book another stay at stayfunCharleston if ever back in the area.

We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely consider returning. We appreciate the cleanliness and the attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable! This was our first pet friendly rental and we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of pet scent. The screened porch definitively heightens the experience of morning coffee and evening sunsets !

Great place to stay. Peaceful, quiet and close to attractions in the area.

Liked the easy walk to Presley's seafood restaurant and beach access 37 for sunset walks with dolphins! Waking up with the hot tub right there was a treat. Info packet had helpful sheets like a tide chart, local dining and sights to see.

Enjoyed our stay in Mount Pleasant. Close to many good restaurants and shopping areas. Condo is set behind main road so no street noise - nice quiet area. Everything is well cared for and we were happy to call it our “home” for several weeks.

Check in was a breeze. The access to the amenities was wonderful. The room was very clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a fantastic stay of three nights. Very serene quiet area this time of year. The weather was perfect. Edisto Beach was off the beaten track but well worth the experience. Many restaurants had winter hours so were closed for dinner. A great experience.
