Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Historic Quinta Estate with Pool & Mountain views

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Cantinho nas Secarias is a local accommodation, next to the Alva River, and the natural and unique Cascalheira River Beach, surrounded by extraordinary beauty, where the sound of birds is the predominant melody. The house is divided into two totally independent parts, one of which is inhabited by the owner.  It is an open space with beds, a living room and fireplace, a bathroom and kitchen. The exterior is large with a garden; barbecue; table and chairs; swing and small vegetable garden.

It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

Hey Everybody! We are happy to invite you to stay in our Cozy TinyHouse! Come and enjoy the green and virgin nature of the countryside of Central Portugal. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.
