The cabin is located 1 hour by car north of Bergen with a unique archipelago and fishing opportunities. The cabin has sun from morning to evening and is sheltered. You can enjoy the silence outside under the roof with a heat lamp if it rains. Shops, Kilstraumen, Mastrevik Torg a short distance away. Swimming from the dock in a quiet cove. Hiking opportunities. Here is a dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump. Two double rooms and a bedroom with bunk bed. Rent of boat possible. Borrowing of fishing equipment, kayak, tent, etc. is also possible.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

Solbakken Mikrohus

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
