Si apre su una grande terrazza con giardino e vista sulla collina, ombreggiata da un grande albero di alloro quasi centenario da cui prende il nome. Situata a pochi passi dal centro, con la Chiesa del XVIII secolo, farmacia, bar, ristoranti pizzeria e una deliziosa gelateria.
