You also benefit from an outside not overlooked. 10 minutes from Micropolis (exhibition center) and a quarter of an hour walk (or tram, bus) from the city center, the apartment is conveniently located.

The 2 terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi heated all year round to 38°, offer an unobstructed view of a valley, the environment is calm. The Finnish grill is optional. Located between Besançon (15 min) and the Jura (20 min), the Loue Valley (10 min) and the Doubs Valley (5 min), close to Switzerland, our village is ideally located to radiate through this beautiful region.

Industrial loft of 133 m² in a former factory of 1900, located on the ground floor in the heart of Besançon. This unique place, bathed in light thanks to a large canopy, offers a large living room with a mezzanine forged at the Fraisans Foundry, like the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower. It has 2 bedrooms and overlooks a small inner courtyard. Close to museums, shops and restaurants, ideal for discovering the city on foot.

Peaceful cottage in an exceptional green setting on the banks of the Doubs facing the citadel (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Close to the city center (15 minutes by car/20 minutes on foot). The price charged for a pet is 8 euros per night per pet.

Attention : l'appartement ne dispose pas d'internet.

Old renovated apartment in the city center

In the heart of "the Loop" of Doubs, my accommodation is close to the city center, the cycle route, places of art and culture (Vauban citadel, city of Arts) and public transport (tram 400 m away). You'll love it for the comfort, the high ceilings, the location, and the view of the Doubs. My place is good for couples and families. There is an extra bed in the library for a 5th person.

Enjoy the enchanting setting of a bucolic landscape, between canal and river. You can bubble by the pool or dive in to cool off (see access conditions), go hiking in the surrounding hills, kayak to explore the river or canal (water sports center 500 m away). Or choose a bike or rollerblades to take the bike path. This listing does not have a kitchen.
