The apartment in Dijon is the ideal central location for your stay in the city center. Everything is walkable and the city center is flat and paved. Every kind of service is within a few meters it seems. I even needed a needle and thread to repair a clothing tear and the store was literally around the corner. Dozens of restaurants, wine bars, boulangeries, chocolatiers, antique shops, clothing stores, the post office—it's all right there. Plus the apartment is in one of the medieval districts so you are living in history. Frèdèric and Emmanuelle are incredibly kind and proactive and they will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They made our stay in Dijon memorable. This apartment is newly renovated and, while small, it has everything you need. The bed is American queen and very comfortable. The shower and all hot water is immediate in the apartment. The heaters work great. The windows are new. The apartment is not for anyone who has trouble with stairs

Very central location with beautiful view. Our hosts were very communicative and flexible so the whole process was very easy. They also provided great local recommendations and tips. Everything was clean and comfortable and fine for 4 adults sharing. The bunk beds were comfortable for adults and while the main bathroom was connected to the main bedroom, the room with the bunks had its own toilet and sink so this was perfectly manageable.

Viviane is an excellent host. Le Loisy is an excellent apartment in an excellent location. We would not hesitate to return to Le Loisy and rent from Viviane again. Tres Bien Hébergement !

Eine schöne, große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und die private Parkmöglichkeit ist Gold wert. Fanny ist eine gute Gastgeberin, reagiert sehr schnell und neben individuellen Empfehlungen gibt es ausführliche Ergänzungen zu den Hausregeln mit Dos und Don‘ts. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Nous avons loué le logement à 3 amies pour aller à la fête de la musique, le logement est au calme mais très proche du centre à pied. Magnifique appartement très domotisé avec tout le confort, terrasse très agréable avec le spa très propre comme tout le reste, nous sommes ravies de notre séjour et Noe est un hôte au top !! très réactif. merci !

Appartement plein de charme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et doté d’équipements neufs. Une petite attention rend le séjour encore plus agréable 😉. L’appartement est impeccablement propre, la literie est très confortable, et les draps sentent bon la lessive fraîche. Parfaitement situé en plein centre-ville, il se trouve à proximité d’un casino et d’une boulangerie. Il offre tout le confort nécessaire, avec en prime une petite terrasse agréable donnant sur une cour privée. Les hôtes, Marie et Pierre-Eric, sont très courtois, disponibles et réactifs. Leurs explications pour l’arrivée et le départ sont clairs et simples à suivre. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Merci à Marie et Pierre-Eric !

L'appart est très sympa, propre, bien aménagé et spacieux (nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants). C'est super bien situé : comptez 15 à 20 minutes de marche pour atteindre le centre ville de Dijon. Stationnement dans la rue sans problèmes et gratuit. Nous recommandons pour découvrir Dijon et sa région. D'autant que notre hôte, William, a été très rapide et sympa dans sa communication.

Espaço simplesmente espetacular. Uma das melhores hospedagens que tivemos até hoje. A casa está localizada em uma área tranquila, com uma vista incrível. Todos os itens da cozinha e móveis são novos. Por sinal, a decoração é de muito bom gosto. Os anfitriões são muito educados e gentis. Certamente voltaremos para um período maior.

Irene was an amazing host . She was very responsive and helpful right from the time of booking upto the end of our stay . We were a group of 6 people and it was a comfortable fit with very good kitchen amenities and washer / dryer facilities too . The living space was amazing where the whole group could spend lovely evenings together and in complete privacy . The place is in a very quiet area so one needs to drive out 10-15 min for restaurants . We loved our time here and thank Irene for being such a warm lovely host

Nos hôtes sont des personnes chaleureuses et sympathiques. Ils nous ont proposé de deguster les groseilles et cerises du jardin . La décoration de la maison est amusante. La maison est bien équipée,les lits très confortables. Terrasse et jardin agréables. Nous recommandons cette location

We had a very pleasant stay in the chateau! The place is very beautifully renovated and decorated. Its extremely spacious and all rooms were very clean. The garden is also great for kids to play. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back!

Christelle a été super réactive et très accueillante. Le lieu était charmant, fidèle aux photos, et on s’y est tout de suite sentis bien. Elle a aussi été très arrangeante, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. On y retournera avec grand plaisir !

Tout à fait satisfaits de notre séjour. La cuisine était très bien fournie pour préparer toutes sortes de plats, des draps et serviettes de bain étaient disponibles, l'appartement était confortable et très propre. Excellente situation à environ 15min du centre-ville à pied, et la gare est accessible en tram.

Cet appartement est fantastique. Proche de nombreux bons restaurants et magasins. L’arrêt de bus est juste en bas de la rue. L’intérieur est très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dijon.

Notre séjour chez Azedine s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et bien rénové. Il est très bien placé dans Dijon et juste à côté d’un parking couvert. Azedine est un hôte gentil et réactif. Très bien pour un week-end à Dijon.

Eu gostei muito do apartamento. Um ponto super favoravel foi a localização, literalmente perto de tudo. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e descrição. O host é super atencioso e professional. Eu com certeza voltaria!
