Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will only have to enjoy this haven of peace. The historic center is within a 12-minute walk. Forget your car by parking it in our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find something to their liking! J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Proximity to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d 'Alésia, Vezelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy and Chailly Castle.

(Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to play in Dijon without bothering with parking and parking, no stress! The maisonette is very close to Brazey train station 3 minutes away . Last thing: Regarding comfort, sheets and towels are provided. Please note: pets 🐕 are allowed but with a supplement!
