Maison de campagne de charme, entièrement rénovée de façon contemporaine, composée de 3 chambres (chacune avec sa salle de bain), une grande cuisine, un salon avec poêle à bois et une vaste salle à manger. La maison possède un très grand jardin arboré de 5000m2. Le village de Recloses est un des plus charmant du Gâtinais. La foret de Fontainebleau est à proximité immédiate de la maison, on peut partir pied pour des randonnées. La maison n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Free private parking.

Shootings, filming and corporate seminars are possible on site. Train station 700m, shops 2km. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site. Breakfasts not included, independent entry.
