On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

The Loire, the castles of Cheverny, Chambord and Blois, the Cheverny golf course (18 holes), the Caudalie spa are located between 5 and 15 minutes from the Vieux Pressoir. Beauval Zoo is 20 km away. Many walking and biking trails are accessible from the house.

The house is 800 m from La Ferté-Saint-Aubin train station, easily accessible by train from Paris. Composed of an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not enclosed).

Outre-Loire is a « toue cabanée » (traditional Loire fleet-like cabin boat), anchored in the splendid setting of the old port of Chambord, 2.5 miles away from the famous castle. Watermill whose origins date back to the 13th century, on the borders of Berry, Sologne and Touraine, between the Châteaux of the Loire Valley and 20 minutes from Beauval Zoo in the middle of the Loire Valley and Valençay wine region. You will discover a peaceful, bucolic place along a stream where you can rest. A little paradise for fishermen. The park offers many accesses to the river.
