Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Very pleasant stay a few steps from Rome, apartment in a very central area and served by all the public transport that connects the area to the capital. Underhouse bus stop and train station within a 5-minute walk. The house is kept very well, it is in the center but surrounded by tranquility. Equipped with all comforts, maximum cleanliness and comfort. Perfectly functioning appliances, the furniture is new and the linens are always very fresh. Large and comfortable bed, the living room kitchen is spacious and bright and overlooks a large terrace where you can enjoy moments of true relaxation. Parking is always available under the house. What about the host? Kind and caring person, always available and attentive to every need. I highly recommend staying at Ornella's house, you will live a wonderful vacation a few minutes from Rome and a stone's throw from the beautiful town of Tivoli, a place, also full of history and beauty to visit. I'll be back

We came from Florida USA , and were lucky to met Paola personally, she came to meet us and she was very nice an attentive, and friendly, the apartment was very clean , she has cookies for us, everything I need it was there , the place was was super quite and close to everything, the supermarket was 2 doos down which it was a plus , I will recommend Paolas and her place to anyone, from Brenda and Jesus Thank you

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Andrea was very responsive, and his assistance when we needed some help with a friend in Rome was invaluable. His place was easily accessible by bus from central Rome, but the ride from Termini could take up to an hour in traffic. The Monte Sacro neighbourhood was great! The bars and restaurants are full of locals (always a good sign), and pricing was at non-tourist rates. In particular, there were two supermarkets, and a great local restaurant, Vineria 19, on Viale Adriatico. All are a 6 - 7 min walk away, and Andrea recommended them to us. And, then there was the the best gelato shop in Rome on Viale Adriatico (I think it's new - it just said "Gelato" over the entrance)! The apartment itself had everything that we may have needed as advertised. Toiletries were complimentary, and the kitchenette was equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, and it had a dishwasher too! It all felt newly renovated, with very modern fittings. The place felt like home from the moment we walked in!

Very clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities for a good stay (washing machine, shower gel, etc.). Accessible by metro about 40 minutes from the colosseo station, very convenient for a day of sightseeing. We recommend this accommodation for a week in Rome. We are very satisfied!! Robin and Agathe

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s place. We arrived much earlier than expected, and he kindly adjusted to our schedule so we didn’t have to wait around, such a thoughtful host! The apartment was beautifully put together, spacious, and exactly as described, with great ventilation and all the listed amenities. We especially appreciated the welcome package and the local recommendations—Fabrizio suggested places we actually visited and truly enjoyed. There are not enough words in the English language to describe these beautiful people,their apartment and Tivoli. Armando and Alessandro are two of the most caring people you will ever find.We did not expect what they did for us and we feel like we have made special friends for life!I proposed to my gf on the terrace 14/06/25 and they set up the most beautiful scene you will ever find.Armando exchanged so many messages in the months leading up to our stay,sent pics for me to approve and went above and beyond of what you would expect from an AirBNB host. The apartment was so clean,spotless and beautifully decorated and furnished. View from the terrace(x2) and master bedroom are out of this world.The waterfall can be heard also which is so peaceful.I would need another 10,000 words to truly describe these people and their place but limited to 1000.If you are going to Tivoli book here.There is no place on earth to match it.Thank you both we send our love and will 100% return some day ♥️

We had a great stay at the place! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was really nothing to complain about. Be especially practical: there is free parking along the street, which is really worth its weight in gold in Rome. The bus connections to the center are very good - the stop is only a few minutes' walk away. The host also gave us great tips for restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which helped us a lot to find our way around quickly. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

We stayed two nights in Emilio's apartment and it was an excellent experience. The place is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated. The location is perfect for getting around Rome, with easy access to public transportation and close to several attractions. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
