Il se situe en contre bas du Cortal de la Caranca à Thuès entre Valls, à 2 mn à pied de la gare du train jaune et du départ des gorges de la Caranca. Le chalet est aménagé de façon très confortable. Petit cuisine bien équipée, poêle à granule, chambre cosy, terrasse extérieure avec barbecue, chaises longues. La propriété a son parc voiture pas de problème de stationnement.
