Ground floor: 1 160 cm bed + bathroom + toilet 1 160 cm bed + bathroom + toilet UPSTAIRS attic 1 140 cm bed +2 beds in 80*190 + bathroom. The living room is equipped with 1 bio-ethanol fireplace (provided on request) and views of the forest and the mountains. A peaceful haven on the edge of the woods.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
