Monthly Rentals in Footscray

Soraya’s apartment is lovely and very well maintained and looks exactly as represented in the photos. We loved the area for our extended stay in Footscray. Close to public transport into CBD, lots of good cafes, trendy little wine bars and short walk to IAG supermarket. Communication was good with Prithivan and he addressed the few minor issues we had in a prompt manner. Appreciated the flexible move out time as well. Would definitely recommend this property to other guests. Thank you

Everything you want in a cute and private granny flat

Apartment packs a lot in including a full kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer. Good size for singles or couples. Quiet during the night. Located in an up and coming neighborhood. Walking 15-20 minutes offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Patrick is a great host. I recommend this apartment.

Had a great stay, this place was perfect! Public transport not too far away and got us easily to this city centre and surrounds, beautiful views and the apartment itself was clean and not cramped at all. Had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely responsive, kind and accommodating. Thanks so much!
