In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of the fjord and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Lots of hiking and attractions. Short distance to Loen Skylift (1km), ViaFerrata (1km), Olden (5km), Stryn (10km), Glacier Kjenndalen (17km), Briksdal (about 30km) and Geiranger (70km)

The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full job and have four small children.

If you need to relax, this cabin, in natural surroundings is perfect for you! The name of the cabin is "Urastova". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. (There is a folder in house with information, description and maps of the different hikes, trips and activities).

Helle Gard - Cozy cabin - fjord and glacier view

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

The apartment is around 6 years old, and with all basic furniture and kitchen appliances. There is a parking lot separating the living room window and the fjord. Please contact me for a multiple night discount. You will be met by my hostess upon arrival. PS: In the rare case the cleaning might not be finished by the time you arrive, you are still welcome to check in and leave your bags there. If so, you will be notified beforehand.
