The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . The village has direct access to Martin Down Nature Reserve, right on the edge of the New Forest, where you can ride or walk for miles. 40 minutes from the coast. Chilling, riding, playing Tennis, walking... the possibilities are endless. Bring your horse - a stable/field are available at an extra cost.

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Beautiful studio with direct access to New Forest

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...
