Super convenient for family to stay while visiting in the area. Busy timeshare location, but very quiet at night.

We had an amazing time here over the weekend. The interior was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. We enjoyed watching the bird, seals, and other wildlife. Everything we needed was less than 10 min away.

This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

This was a cute and a historic hotel. the place was easy to access and room was quite comfortable. it is right next to a somewhat busy road but from my experience i couldn’t hear the passing cars at night.

there was a problem with the mini-split heat pump, but they were responsive. The room was clean and neat. The common areas were very nice. Thank you.

Great value for the price. Awesome location, interesting a unique set up. Bonus points for having lots of ample parking. Only slight downsides were the kitchen not being available to use while we were there (which the owner let us know ahead of time, thankfully), and as it says in the description, the roadside noose can be quite loud - I’d recommend earplugs for sleeping and/or a portable noise maker.

Absolutely recommend!! Home is adorable and comfortable. Liza was extremely responsive to every one of my messages and flexible with check-in, allowing us to arrive a little earlier. Home was spotless. It had every amenity that we needed - including coffee! We were in town visiting family and this was the perfect "home base" for us. It's close to downtown Santa Rosa - on a quiet street. I will definitely check for availability the next time I'm in Santa Rosa and need a place to stay!

Great place to stay, right in the heart of Calistoga. Walkable to most restaurants and shops. Parking always available. Hosts very communicative and responsive. This is an upstairs apartment, therefore I recommend this place for people with good knees 😊 Overall we felt right at home🏠

This place is fabulous! Perfect location, right in the center of town with tons of shops, restaurants, etc. within steps of our front door. The unit itself is spectacular - spacious, beautifully designed, elegant... everything we wanted and more! We had 2 minor issues with the AC and hot water in the shower but overall, everything was great. Megan was extremely responsive and even went out of her way to buy a clothing steamer for the unit when I inquired if there was one… she is the best! The welcome bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch, too. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect—close to attractions yet peaceful. I can’t recommend this place enough; I’ll definitely be back!

Our 3 night stay was amazing - the place was much larger than we were expecting - love the many options of places to sit in the living room, dining room, and even in the kitchen. Location is a perfect if you don’t mind a 15 min walk to the square. Terry gave clear instructions for check in and it was a total breeze. Would stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed an absolutely delightful 4-night visit. Perfect place for a quiet, peaceful home base from which to enjoy all that the Russian River area has to offer. Kathy and Mike are very thoughtful and generous hosts. Their care and attention to detail to ensure their guests have everything they need to have as comfortable and enjoyable a stay as possible was evident throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location with the best scenery. The place was comfortable- great bed - and had all the amenities we could have needed. Will definitely recommend this place to other family members who may want to visit Petaluma in the future.

Great hidden gem on the property of Up Valley Inn. Nicely decorated and a great option for anyone looking for an option with a kitchen. Nice easy and close walk to downtown Calistoga including restaurants, bars, shops and spas! Would absolutely recommend!

This place was perfect for my family. My kids loved sharing a room and playing at the playground and game room. Family attractions like the Epicenter and Children’s Museum of Sonoma County are just a short drive away. We would stay here again.

Nice Wyndham resort. Close to downtown Windsor, CA. Nice restaurants in both Windsor and Healdsburg. Lots of great wineries nearby. Not too far from bodega Bay and the beaches.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

Great place, great area, as described. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. We do this trip once a year and will be looking to stay here next year.

Great location for our weekend stay near Sonoma. We needed two twin beds as the second bedroom configuration - that was confirmed and delivered. Kitchen was well appointed with full size appliances. We cooked a full meal, including using the outside BBQ one night. Fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle, nestled against a beautiful backdrop of nature and greenery, and close enough to drive into town or take a walk to a local cafe or bakery. We were 10 minute drive to many wineries and to Sonoma Plaza so it was very convenient. Allen was responsive and made our stay easy and pleasant.
