everything went perfectly well. the house and its exterior are very pleasant. The lake is at the doors of the house and access to the sea is rather good even on foot or by bike. the house is very well equipped for a pleasant stay

The only downside would be the price of the linen supply (sheets and towels) and the amount of the cleaning package! However, the house is very nice and very comfortable. Very well arranged, it would really be very difficult not to like it.

Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

The accommodation is extremely pleasant , well located in the heart of nature by the water . All amenities are in very good condition . The house is spacious , clean and well equipped .

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Great weekend with friends at Sabrina's. Beautiful house, welcoming and accommodating host. Close to the center of La Rochelle by car or bike. No complaints, we'll be back!

Excellent family weekend in this functional house with very neat decoration. We felt at home from the smallest to the largest and were able to enjoy the pool and the very well equipped outdoor spaces. Nothing was missing, and Stephy's lovely welcome should be noted. A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Merci beaucoup!!

Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated house. Communication with the concierge was simple, smooth and fast! Really great! Only downside we expected the heated pool but when we arrived it was not the case so the time it heats up was already the end of the stay but otherwise we really recommend it!

We had a wonderful family stay. The house is large, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with a large outdoor terrace and a very nice pool. You can do everything on foot, from the beach, to the shops and restaurants. We spent 5 very intense days there. Thank you Danielle. 😘
